Covid-19 Business Continuity Plan

As the world takes drastic measures to protect its citizens from the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak, we as a business closely monitored developments and implemented measures to prioritise the safety of our employees, clients and society as a whole.

We want to share with you the decisions that we have made thus far to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 across our businesses.

Work-from-home strategy: On the 15th of March our management team implemented necessary processes to minimise individual contact and cross-contamination which ultimately resulted in allowing all our staff to work from home (WFH). As a software company we have invested a great deal in technology that allows our staff to have the flexibility of remote working which at a time like this ensures operational business continuity with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our clients and other stakeholders. When our President announced the country-wide lockdown, our staff had already working remotely for a week rather than from our offices.

Business as usual: Even whilst we are working remotely, it is business as usual, but with slight modifications. All meetings and communications, until further notice, will need to be held telephonically or via Teams, WhatsApp Video, Zoom or other video-enabled meeting software. Should you not know how to set up such meetings, our staff are in a position to set up the meetings for you so that all that you will need to do (provided you have internet connectivity at the time) is click on a link to access the video meeting. However, wherever possible, we ask that you utilise email to contact our staff as opposed to contacting them telephonically.

Reception: Our main reception telephone number will continue to be manned, but not all individual telephone numbers that you are accustomed to dialing will work.

Sales: Our sales teams will be available via phone or email to assist you with any online software demonstrations, pricing proposals, finalizing of software purchases or activation of licences.10

Support: Our team of technical experts will still be available telephonically and via email to help provide remote technical support as well as answer any questions you may have related to any of our software solutions. We’re here to help you.

Please rest assured that although our business has to take extraordinary steps to protect the health of our employees and our clients, we will endeavour to continue providing the high level of service standards that you are accustomed to. Nonetheless we do ask for your patience during these very trying times, should technology let us down in some instances.
